What is Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments offers customers the option to pay for their order in installments at checkout, both online and in store. Orders from 50 USD to 17,500 USD are eligible for installments payments.
You can choose between the following installment payment options at checkout:
- Four, biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from 50 USD to 999.99 USD.
- Monthly payments for orders from 150 USD to 17,500 USD. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 10 to 36% APR, and may be paid in three, six, or twelve months depending on the purchase amount.
Do refunds work on an order made using Shop Pay Installments?
Assuming it falls within The Exclusive Store (a Suvon Corp. project) Refund Policy first, if you request a refund for an order that you have made monthly payments for, then the paid interest is not refunded to you. Interest is the cost of borrowing and is not refundable.
How do I use Shop Pay Installments?
To pay for an order using Shop Pay Installments, you would go through the following steps:
- Add items to your cart.
- Check out using Shop Pay.
- Select to pay in installments.
- Review all of the installment payment options that are available to you and then choose an option.
- Review your purchase and then make your first payment at checkout.
The remaining payments are automatically charged to your card based on the payment schedule you choose. You will get an email reminder before each payment is charged.
Are there any additional costs to using Shop Pay Installments?
For installment orders that are split into four biweekly payments, there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.
For installment orders that are paid for in monthly payments, interest rates from 10 to 36% APR apply.
Does using Shop Pay Installments impact my credit score?
If you choose to pay for your order in four biweekly installments, then your credit score is not impacted.
If you choose to pay for your order in monthly payments, and do not make the payments on time, then your credit score might be affected. Only monthly payment options might impact your credit score.
Can I purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments?
No. You can not buy gift cards using Shop Pay Installments.
Can I purchase subscription products using Shop Pay Installments?
No. You can not buy subscription products using Shop Pay Installments.

Who am I working with?
The Exclusive Store (a Suvon Corp. project) and Suvon Corp. are not responsible for collecting installment payments from you.
Affirm is responsible for collecting installment payments from you.
What happens if I want to add an item to an existing order?
If you want to add an item to an existing order made using Shop Pay Installments, then an invoice is created for the outstanding balance and sent to you. You would need to pay for the outstanding balance in full using a different payment method because additional invoices are not supported by Shop Pay Installments.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Shop Pay Installments is available for purchases made using a credit and debit card. Capital One cards are not accepted. Should you choose a monthly payment option, can only pay with a debit card.
