Shipping policy
All our products are shipped internationally unless stated otherwise during checkout. Kindly note that shipping countries can change at any time due to supplier affiliations and/or various constraints. Shipping logistics can be either through public or private entities. Given a global network, we cannot guarantee which carrier you will be receiving. Furthermore, we are not able yet to assist with matters between you and the shipping carrier that is delivering your order. Once the carrier collects your order from our facilities to ship to you, the responsibility then becomes between you and the carrier.
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your product. Our fulfillment time is usually 2–5 business days for all production techniques. More than 95% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Please note that items can take more than 5 business days for fulfillment.

Kindly note that these times can change for a variety of reasons, at any given moment, for any potential reason.
Shipping & Arrival Time RangeThe estimated shipping and arrival time range is an estimate, not a guarantee. Items can arrive sooner or later than expected. For orders with multiple items, there might be more than one shipment regardless if items are coming from the same location. With multiple order items, not all items might be shipped from the country.
Our main carriers are FedEx, DHL, USPS, Latvian Post, Correos, and Royal Mail, and for international orders, once it reaches the destination country, in most cases, the package(s) will be handed off to the national postal system of that country. With flat shipping rates, we cannot guarantee direct address delivery by our main carriers. Please note that the shipment will be marked as delivered when handed over to the local post; all details would appear in the tracking.
For express shipping, the carrier usually does the last mile delivery as well. The express delivery option usually appears when a phone number is provided during the input of the shipping address. If the option does not appear after a number has been shared, then it is most likely that we do not have an express shipping option for this destination; not all addresses and carrier combinations have this option.
If the delivery address is a PO box, the order will be marked as delivered once it is delivered to the box; not when you pick up the package(s). Additionally, we do not guarantee deliveries to PO box. Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including framed posters and bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
Please note that international shipments hold higher risks of getting lost or stolen.
You are responsible for any duties and customs fees that your order may incur.
Edits, Cancellation and ChangesUpon placing and paying for your order, you will only have 12 hours (regardless of business day or not) for any changes, cancellations or edits. Once we start to fulfill your order we will only accept changes to the shipping address. Once shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
Wrong AddressIf you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment should be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
UnclaimedShipments that go unclaimed should be returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Lost In TransitFor packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Upon investigating the matter, we will issue a replacement order for you. However, if the tracking information states an order was delivered, we will not take responsibility or reship that order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the provided address. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped. We are not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
